      The work is interesting and the people there are great. Benefits the company offer and the flexibility to work around family events/issues are also great. Couldn't ask for anything more.

      Parking can be an issue but that will be resolved once moved to a new site in a couple of years.

      -Good work life balance no overtime is required so you can plan your weekend wherever you are -Great medical plan

      -you will barely see you own home since you will be on the road 100% of the time -kinda cheap on airfare and lodging -Mangaments expects a lot from you to learn a lot of different tools with little and fragmented training -Senior guys are not kept accountable because of lack of employees
