Lead mechanic - Recensione dipendente - Lead Pump Mechanic and Machinist presso SPX Flow

Extremely top heavy. They actually have almost a 2 to 1 ratio of salary employees to actual employees who work on the floor. Will have no experienced mechanics or machinists in less than 2 months. Upper management doesn’t have a clue about what it takes to build a pump and constantly making mistakes and ordering the wrong parts but will never ever admit to making any mistakes. Service center will not be in business for more than 6 months unless the people above the Site manager makes a complete 360.
