Family run so senior employees are not part of decision making Does not invest in people or tools ( no raises, low salaries, no budget for training on tools, for example no pm tools for project managers just excel) Minimal chances to learn or evolve Old school owner with old views and ideas (offensive language used and misogynist views)

They were great employers and great work environment

Nothing wrong with them just covering the words
