They seem to hire amazing employees. The team takes care of each other and will bend over backward to help when it's needed. They have decent extended benefits.

Svantaggi

Little to no recognition from upper management. If you have to work with the top of the house, you will be treated as if you know absolutely nothing and you're stupid. - This is only the top of the house, the main management team there is doing the best they can. The environment is constantly toxic. Would not recommend working for them unless it's in the call centre.
