Pay commensurate with experience level. Steady work flow. Always adding new equipment. Management is flexible with needs of employees

Haven't experienced any cons worth mentioning

The shift was nice at least

Everything else from the pay, the work, and especially managment. My wife has a serious health condition that required hospitization, I was fired for visiting her and returning with a doctors note. They use a staffing firm called Next Level Staffing who just got caught committing tax fraud and hiring illegal immigrants. The entire shop is full of illegals. They are heartless, prioritize parts over people. I asked to be shown/trained on a part for 1 day and they literally said "no training" which is an OSHA violation. If you value the trade and your career as a machinist, stay away from this joke of a shop. They will soon be out of business.
