Good pay, consistent work hours, great time off a few times a year with blackout weeks

Inconsistent with management-employee communication, overworking and lack of hiring on part of the company to help with the burnout

Pay is decent but not for the workload, the demeaning, and inadequate management

As a housekeeper they expect you to clean over 30 rooms in your 8 hour shift including any checkout you may have. The carts they have for the housekeepers are horrible, inadequate, just like the management. They have favorite workers that they bend over backwards to in front of others, they treat most of the workers like crap, they do not care about any personal issues you might have going on in your life no matter how much time you have been working and their discipline practices are very unfair. I was fired even though I was due a written warning. The paperwork they gave me shows that I called off on days I was there and that when they fired me they scratched through the written warning and changed it to let go. The management is too stupid to see that they are ruining a potentially good work environment if they were just to pull their heads out of their behinds, they might be able to see it. They should put themselves in our place in order to understand how not to act like jerks. I would not recommend my worst enemy to go work for this company. I hope they lose their contract at the end of this fiscal year, 2016. My best wishes go out to the current housekeepers as they are putting up with more than anyone should have too. Hopefully the new contractor treats you better than this current one.
