They push employees to their limits when things are busy, only to lay people off the moment business slows down. Benefits are cut off immediately, there’s no severance offered, and they don’t even pay out earned PTO. On top of that, they make it difficult to take pride in your work—any attempt to contribute beyond your job description is met with dismissive comments like, “Do what I tell you or go home.” treat it as a temporary stop rather than a place you can grow. During my short time there, I witnessed multiple rounds of layoffs, which says a lot about the instability of the environment.
