Our Rooftop Strikers/Loaders work hard and yes, it does get hot on the roofs in some cities when they are loading the roofing materials up there for our customers. We are currently in 173 cities in 41 states. Not all locations roof load, but when they do, we hire Rooftop Loaders (aka Strikers) to safely go on the roofs and pick up the materials from the conveyer belt.
