      The only pro I would say is that there are a lot of locations to work at. Other than that, the whole process of working for SRS has been sub par.

      Very political when it comes to hiring of people. You have to fight for your salary and work on upper management just to receive a year end review and/or merit increase. Promotions are not based on experience, based on who you know. Be careful who you trust.

      Pay, good ol boy system on promotions or they will hire a fresh college grad that doesn't know a thing about work life instead of promoting within to people that deserve it and bust their tail
