The partners are really involved in the accounts - it's impressive. There aren't any egos getting in the way, just hearty discussion on how to make really smart, effective work. In general, the people here are really down-to-earth. It's a roll-up-your-sleeves, everyone's-opinion-matters work environment. A really great work-life balance is possible here. Refreshing to find in this industry.

Especially during training and onboarding, there's a lot of ambiguity here. If you're a real self-starter, though, you'll take that as a growth opportunity. People are always willing to help, answer questions, etc. The vacation and time-off policies could probably be better. The incentives here are still pretty basic and traditional.
