Toxic unhealthy environment. Mangers shift blames for their mistakes or incompetence to lower rank employees. There are plenty of managers who are truly unqualified to do their work. They lack experience and actual knowledge. They throw others under the bus just so they can come out clean of any situation. This company is rotten.
