Integrity, dedication and focus. The con to a company like this means an employee would need to possess at least one of those traits. Working at a company that purues doing what's right and strives for excellence does not mean things will be perfect. It means there WILL be challenges and unforeseen obstacles, it takes hard work, sacrifice and a need to put your personal situations aside to focus on taking care of the customer. Commitment is a trait many people simply no longer possess today, it's unfortunate but true. No matter what you chose to do for a living, we are all paid to do a job.
