toxic work environment and everyone leaves as soon as possible. There are 3 "partners" who govern the whole company and don't even know what they're doing or talking about. I was cautious to join this team after I had heard they lost 4 people before hiring me and I should have just gone with my gut and identified the red flags earlier and gone with a different company, even one that paid less. I wasn't sure I was going to write a review for fear of what this company would do to me (I heard horror stories) but they need to understand that they've been doing the same thing over and over with failed results and not changing their ways. This is the kind of company you want to manage your analytics and marketing tests? One that can't even take feedback on their own culture? Overall, don't work here. It's not worth the potential lessons you can get, which only from other coworkers and not from the partners.
