The team makes you feel included, not just as coworkers but as a close-knit group that often feels like family. I genuinely enjoyed my time there. They put real effort into building strong relationships through thoughtful gestures like team outings, lunches, and celebratory moments. There’s no micromanagement; you’re trusted with autonomy, encouraged to do great work, and given meaningful input into processes.

By the time I left, the main challenges had largely been addressed, though there were some earlier personnel issues that required attention. As the company continues to grow, implementing a proper HRIS system would be beneficial to support scalability and streamline processes.

It is a decent company to work for.
