Stable job and most department can slack

Unclear directions and old fashion company. High turnover and selfish mentality. Didn’t help that management is a bunch of bullies who hire people with no proper experience.

Pay slightly good compare to maybe other shipbuilding company. Stable.

Hierarchy driven company, your title says everything within the project team. Within the department, not all are willing to teach. Then ask questions, you get ask “why don’t u know”, when still a newly joined staff. Middle management behaving like actors. Guiding a newbie against SOP procedures.
