ST8MNT gave me the opportunity to work for them as a full-time designer straight out of college. My interview was over two hours long and I couldn't have been more impressed by the immediate connections with employees throughout the process. Owners, Bethany and Josh, take their time to get to know their employees and that directly reflects on how they interact with all their clients. They put their full confidence in their team and expect high execution in our deliverable work. This kind of a challenge can be hard on some people, but I found it as an opportunity to become more efficient in producing high quality professional designs. Additionally, they utilize all skills of all employees outside of their "hired" responsibilities. Oh! I cannot forget about all of the free snacks!

There can be a roommate effect with coworkers since ST8MNT is a tight bunch of individuals with colorful personalities. This is to be expected in an artistic atmosphere. If you like cubicles, this agency is not for you.

Sometimes can feel a little cliquish, but everyone is actually really nice.
Most of the time the work is really cool. There are a lot of chances to work on very interesting projects in many different industries. The team of coworkers is supportive and creative. The space is pretty cool as well. I also enjoyed the two day in office, 3 day remote model. Truly the best thing about this agency was the really great people that are on the team!

In the beginning, I really loved working there but I was never really trained properly or given much support. The leadership can be toxic and does not help you grow. Most of the time they blame anything that goes wrong on you and anyone but themselves. What's missing is an environment where leadership cares about employees and their growth.
