Working with students is fun and I really enjoyed helping them.

The salary is too little for the amount of work we do,

Growth opportunities are abundant, there is support for further study and research, a friendly work environment (School of Fashion specifically), and everyone helps each other out in a fast-paced environment.

The higher management seems unorganised which means we feel it at the lower levels in the form of many changes and redundant admin.
