Adjustments barely meet the minimum legal increase in some cases. SALARY IS NOT COMPETITIVE. * There's a concerning pattern of questionable separations that appear to bypass fair internal processes. * Upper management and the owner need formal training in employee relations, labor practices, and basic organizational leadership.
