      Co-workers are amazing the only reason to stay.

      Worst management! Within your first month you will realize that you made a bad decision with joining the organization. The owner micromanages in a negative manner, has no skills to motivate his employees and uses others to deliver his dirty work. There is no type of structure or any type of training involved. You need to figure things out on the fly.
