The passive aggressive culture is terrible, no real feedback to employees, favoritism, nepotism, extremely negative environment. They expect you to work 24 hours and have no real life, other than your job. Micromanaged from top to bottom, toxic culture, no flexibility nor trust towards employees. No clarity on goal setting and bonus structure is based off overall company success and not your own accomplishments. A lot of ambiguity with job titles and expectations, high turnover (especially at the Service Center), and did I mention rampant favoritism. HR has their hands tied and cannot make the very obvious and much needed changes to remove the negativity due to STAR is a family owned company. Most of the overwhelmingly positive reviews on Glassdoor are fake and written by management to try negate the truly honest negative review. You have been warned, don’t just take my word for it try reading a few more reviews first
