I worked at BBR Services for just over a year and I loved it! The working environment is great and very relaxed, whilst remaining professional. I must admit, it isn't cut throat like I have heard with other agencies. If you find you are struggling they will mentor you to get you onto the correct track. Targets are achievable and not impossible to reach and If you fall below you have a monthly review anyway and you have the chance to see where you have went wrong and what you can do to avoid it again. Other great benefits is you have great nights out, you get a complimentary lunch paid for every Friday just for working there.

The job role is target driven so this can be stressful at times. Sometimes you may find you will want to stay longer at the end of the day to get things wrapped up. This is optional of course but it can benefit you financially.

Forward thinking company who are constantly trying to progress and better the business and it's employees. Staff are well looked after with good salaries and commission structures in place, social events and also lunch bought for you on a Friday. Enjoyable working environment with approachable Directors, who will do what they can to work through any issues you may have. All in all, BBR Services is a great place to work, learn and improve yourself.

Occasional lack of organisation but recruitment can be like that, every day is different.
