1. No increment for last 2.5 years 2. Management is not holding company wide meetings as they use to. Whenever the subject of increment comes up from any employee, CEO tone gets harsh. 3. Company culture has become toxic, lac of work life balance. Tech teams are working till 2-3AM to work on major releases but still there is no appreciation. Just alot of over time for last 1.5 years. 4. Some employees were promoted 2 years ago, but these promotions were verbal. People are doing their duties as per promotion, but their titles and salaries are the same as in previous posts. 5. There is no growth for employees regarding financials or learning because of no system. Fresh resources are still getting fresh salary even after working for 3 years
