Senior leadership is inconsistent, disjointed, disillusioned and weak. Work first not people first. Strategic direction is unclear. People are over worked and fear raising this. Wellbeing and engagement initiatives are tick box exercises and meaningless.

Some staff are lovely. Good annual leave and flexible working available.
