Management appears far more focused on protecting the company’s public image than creating a healthy and supportive work environment for employees. Despite ongoing internal complaints and consistently low engagement scores, leadership continues to ignore employee feedback and concerns. Career advancement feels heavily dependent on personal relationships with management and executives rather than performance or merit. As a result, many employees have become disengaged, simply keeping their heads down and collecting a paycheck in a difficult job market. Collaboration is minimal, morale is low, and “quiet quitting” has become common across teams. The return-to-office mandate has created significant frustration and disruption for employees who were forced to make major personal and lifestyle adjustments with little transparency or empathy from leadership. Many employees feel these policies are intentionally designed to push people to resign in order to reduce operational costs while the company positions itself for a potential sale. Overall, the culture is toxic, leadership lacks transparency, and employees are not valued or heard. I would strongly caution anyone considering working here.

Living in a bubble. They still think they are in the 90s. The thinking is painstakingly slow. Senior management including VPs and senior VPs are extremely inbred in their thinking. They are all perfectly aligned in completely wrong direction. They do the bare minimum and some cannot even hold a decent intellectual conversation. There is a ton of favoritism and only yes men get promoted so everyone is ‘aligned’. If you want to do mundane level thinking and kill your creativity and innovative spirit join this company. It has gotten worse in the last few years. Those currently there are dying to leave but just hanging by the last thread just because the current market is so tight that there is nowhere to go. The senior execs are there for 15-20 years no because they are loyal but because they know they cannot find any other employer who would tolerate their slow thinking.
