Lack of communication from higher ups. Once you sell to a customer, the ball has a 50% chance of getting dropped; from implementation to product fulfillment, to communication to customers. No customer success team or retention team to manage existing customer relationships. When customer places an order for physical product, target delivery dates are subject to change especially if it is a smaller deal - may be distributed to a high dollar order for priority. Turnover is at an all time high, as reps' reputations are being tarnished with customers for issues they cannot control.
