Clearly stated "Top down" autocratic leadership decision making and control for any changes without seeking input in advance, from the talented experience of those "in the trenches" doing the work. After implementation, then concerns or barriers could be brought up by staff. "Available for questions" supervision style No proactive scheduled 1-1 check ins with supervisor or manager (as requested) for seeking employee input, experiences, support of learning needs, clarify priorities and maybe offer positive feedback on areas observed meeting or exceeding expectations or discuss performance development planning for success. Meetings only scheduled for issues of concern. Poorly organized content, length and structure of onboarding and orientation. No formal introduction or "meet and greets" for new staff, no shadowing residential services to experience work flows, or communication of scope of other team members' positions. Curriculum for program delivery not provided.
