I truly can't find any advantages to joining this.

They've recently begun to grow their operations in the US, but the management lacks the drive typical of a startup, despite referring to themselves as one. Essentially, it's a body shop, with a few HR and tech positions added last year. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
