The goals of the company are to hire employees that have the ability to learn and achieve excellent work product. This former employee did not meet the goals of the company.
This former employee was the first employee that our company has terminated. In response to taking state money, we very quickly realized that this former employee was not a fit for our company, and he was terminated, long before the state training program was funded out.
