Working at Strait was the worst professional experience of my life.

Weak and ineffective leadership. Toxic office politics and questionable business practices. CEO was completely uninvolved with the business unless he was checking clients' fund performance and portfolios so he could copy trades, setting up pay to play engagements, or taking under the table "advisory fees". CEOs wife was an unhinged lunatic with absolutely no redeeming leadership qualities and an overall despicable person. "Ethics First" Strait's number one core value, was more of a punch line to directors, senior leadership, and executives. When anyone with an ounce of integrity resigned they were berated and bullied over the course of their notice period. Even after employees' departures, senior leadership and directors openly mocked, disparaged, and sent harassing and intimidating emails to those who resigned.
