Firstly to get selected for this company is not a big deal as they don't hire person from that specific industry. Salary is on time.

1. They hire person from other industry. Because i was from Oil & gas & power Industry completed Project for prestigious client like Indian Oil & NTPC. They were helluva type of project. 2. Even at the time of interview they convince that proper training will be provided by them as you are not from this industry & Blah Blah. Nothing happens like this. 3. What are there expectation from employee side they never tell, if someone is not there from that specific industry then how come that person about it. Then obviously he will determined to know about it. But they are not eager to tell about it. if asked about the same then rude behavior from them. 4. They seem to act like Soil reinforcement is only top industry work other industry work does not mean to them. 5. And if you people don't tell employee what are his roles & responsibilities then if asking about it go & do your work. 6. Again & Again ringing the mantras of Go & find new job for you. 7. And Surprising by calling in the cabin & giving meaningless example & pretending that they are not wrong. As if employee had committed huge mistake by joining there company. Even they know that person is not from there industry. 8. And finally they showed pre-typed resignation letter from the company. And i remember that what they told " You are the right person but in the wrong place ". Please resign & close it. This happens within 1 Month. 9. Above matters really disappoints and shocked.
