Normally overtime is discouraged by the company but there are some cases when overtime is required, however one can also choose to not do overtime) - New technologies, but depending also on the project. - Good local management

      Poor business strategy, terrible engineering contract agreement, terrible salary and motivation strategy. Never supported us project managers, maintained the poorest performing members of the us team, hires and relocated multiple employees and the let them go within 2 years.
