Their are 2 directors who are just messing the good place just to get their own benefits or to fcilitate few of their senior employees. Their are sniors who took you credits you do the work and others get the apriciations without doing any efforts. No good working culture. Complete politics enviroment. Bad experience on increments. Spoons can win the race here and if you speak or come up seniors will try draging you down they do leg pulling and Director(Rahat) supports them. If you are just hopping to gain increment you can join here for 4 to 6 months because most of the people coming here are just leaving in few months Toxic work enviroment. The CEO is a good person but he only comes once a year doesn't know the ground reality what mess is going on.
