Vantaggi
Some supervisors, most leads and the techs are nice which makes the day go by a little bit easier, if you're lucky to be on a good crew.
Svantaggi
All of management works against you, and some supervisors buy into their techniques. The benefits are useless, other companies offer around the same pay with immensely better benefits, and, quoting someone from upper management, "everyone is already capped when they start, you will NEVER get a raise, not unless you get promoted to a higher position". There are no incentives other than "do the bare minimum or get fired". If you accuse someone in upper management or someone who's friends of upper management of sexual harassment, they will get rid of the person, yes, but when things blow over, they'll fire you since you're "a liability", and they will not notify the next employer of the accusations to assist them (I know of a supervisor who was fired for sexual harrassment, but he found employment at an airline and the airline has no knowledge of that, and the airline found out through another employee who also got hired there. The tech who accused him, with evidence and witnesses, was fired a couple of months later by the VP, who harassed her for no reason until she got defensive, and then using her defensiveness, fired her for 'insubordination'). This place will also fire people on the spot at random who put in their two weeks notice, regardless of how good or bad the employee was, so, best to give an 'effective immediately' notice on your last day, since they do not have the professional courtesy to allow you to work those two weeks.
