So I am going to try and not be too negative here but:
- If you're older then 25, then you're probably one of the oldest people there. The business is mainly British back packers scraping through the 457 cull, so its everything that you would imagine that to mean.
- The management is a clique and if you're not in it then you're not going anywhere, regardless of your performance, or someone else's incompetence, it's a boys club.
- There is an outward message of diversity, and inclusiveness but I certainly didn't see any evidence of that in reality, and actually it was quite the opposite at times.
- Past senior consultant, you may really struggle to find a role model in that business, to the point of wondering how people have managed to get the jobs they have.
- All that money they're spending on incentives, and free beer... thats coming out of your commission. Not even the senior management will be able to explain the commission structure to you.
