Once Subnet starts building a leadership team rather than an entourage to accompany, listen to rants and be subject to bullying by the president/owner things could get better. The long term managers there are have become so inured to the culture of abuse that they may believe it to be "normal" and have become complicit in the suffering visited on the staff there.
