Management - “C” Suite. Every. Single. One.
They will fire you for no reason and have your job filled the next day
You are only a warm body to them
Day shift staff are extremely hard to work with… they have no team work
Policy and Procedures change hourly
I have seen I believe 5 different CEOs/C Suite employees since I’ve started
Working short staffed which makes for a potentially dangerous shift
Techs act like they are higher than a nurse.
We do not really help anyone, we are treated like a hotel and will admit almost anyone just to fill a bed for $$$
