Vantaggi
-Above average pay-but there's a catch
Svantaggi
Here's the catch: -Rules are inconsistent regarding how they are enforced, leadership often does not follow its own policies (i.e. favoritism takes place here) -Little to no accountability is present to ensure people are actually showing up to work and/or do their jobs. Your coworkers will not be reliable here. If you're a motivated individual, the lazy culture that can't handle a drop of stress will quickly become a headache as you'll be expected to hold the hands of the incompetent -Weak leadership results in a madhouse atmosphere where people are constantly confused over policy, protocols, everything even down to their own work schedules-you name it-its a left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing situation. Extremely disorganized. -The organization makes zero effort to improve itself, and any appearance of doing so is clearly to check a box because even that is obviously low effort here. If you are used to any sort of process improvement in previous organizations, you will become very frustrated very early here. -High pay is the company's only retention strategy, no further effort is made to improve the work process or environment. Anyone in leadership should know money is only a band aid, and culture will eat your strategy every time. -Communication is poor to nonexistent from the top down
