Leadership at the top has changed quite a bit in the last few years. Things used to be great but the perks of a state job have lessened to the point of almost being non-existent and the pay is some of the lowest in SUNY. Toxic managers are let slide and never held accountable (don’t consider jobs in admissions, advancement, alumni engagement and def not a faculty position. Unwilling to allow telecommuting even though everyone did it effectively through the pandemic. “Comp time” at supervisors discretion means if a supervisor likes you you might get it. But probably not.
