- good products, has pull from the market for OS products - internal team is helpful, small team, easily manageable - good pay and yearly once international sales kick off - incentive structure is good - overall pressure is manageable

Svantaggi

- some extremely toxic peers within the sales team - management is confused on the GTM - not enough efforts are made to go to the market and be visible - complex sales operation process - a 30 year old company but has not grown past 500 mil revenue
