The pay could be better but it is decent.

You don't work weekends or holidays.

This is an awful company to work for. The pay is TERRIBLE, the raises are even worse, and management is awful. The pay is the lowest you can get for always be short staffed. The clinics are overbooked and the shot rooms have too many patients with not enough nurses. I used to leave work feeling sick and achy from running around so much. It's so hard to take days off here too because the supervisors pick favorites. This is a company who doesn't value their staff. I worked there for years and never saw the faces of the people in CBO. The doctors are rude to their staff and sometimes the patients.
