Everyone was nice and I learned a lot from my time working here.

There's really nothing bad about working here besides it being a small company.

Wonderful members! Strong participation and involvement in volunteer chapters and divisions.

Current CEO (not David Biderman) who started in 2023 does not embody the SWANA values. She cultivates an environment of fear, unnecessary scrutiny, and blame. Environment with continual inconsistency resulting in a lack of focus on operations and follow-through since there are too few staff to do the work, and the direction and priorities are constantly changing. Overworked and understaffed with constant chaos.
