SWCHC has a very approachable HR department Amazing benefits and time off, plus pension!

Nanny Goat Nursery School has a toxic workplace. Many staff hired have racist motivations as to why they chose to work with children of visible minorities. The manager is aware and does nothing beyond her pay grade or job description. Cold and apathetic. Staff will be seen visibly shaking, crying from mental distress and she won't attend. When you go to her for a simple question, you leave feeling more confused than before! The onsite supervisor is incompetent and lacks the basic skills needed for the position, chronically forgetful even in regards to matters pertinent to the operation of the childcare centre (i.e. maintaining up to date parent contact info, child observation documents, child assessments, etc). The staff are all unappreciated and gaslit into believing any of their badic needs are simply "high standards" by the supervisor and manager (i.e. wanting to tidy and throw out old broken toys, wanting to bring and leave personal items in the classroom, wanting to collaborate on program documentation, wanting to create and implement strategies to improve communication with staff and parents, etc). These are all examples that are seeningly annoying and above and beyond what they expect from the hired staff.
