There are many pros when it comes to working for SWS I cant list them all as this review would be like a book so ill just list the things i love the most about working for this amazing company. Every employee is treated equally, If you put in hard work you will be rewarded. Small business atmosphere, everyone you work with here will become your friend which is amazing. This place is like a think tank, The amount of knowledge the employees here have is astounding I have learned so much since starting here at SWS. Your opinion matters here, The owner is always willing to listen to his employees ideas on things we can do to better this company which is very refreshing. You will never be without help, fellow employees management and the owner are always willing to help when you need it. This is not your average sales job, you will never be forced to try sell something to a customer that they simply don't need. There are so many other pros to working for this company but these are just a few that I think set this company apart from others.

There really isn't anything in specific that I would list as a con the only thing I can think to say is this is still retail and sometimes it can get stressful being out there on the sales floor. That really isn't a con though as all retail companies suffer from that.

I have been with SWS for a number of years now. I started out on the sales floor and over time moved up through various positions until becoming the lead technician for the store. It has overall been a great time working here. I have made some of the best friends in my life through those who have come and gone over the years. The general consensus is that if you do what you are told and perhaps a bit more with a decent attitude, you will never have a problem working here and will only advance. There's really no secret equation to success in this world, it's pretty straight forward. Here too. Things regularly seem to get better as well. Health insurance. 401k. Dental insurance. Free lunch for Friday and Saturday workers. Cake / ice cream of your choice on your birthday. As flexible as possible of a schedule for what is reasonable for a business of this size and management open to working with you if any situations arise. The business is small, so there is always the potential for growth. Example: From the time I started doing on-site tech-support at an average of one or two per week If we were lucky, it has evolved into a full-time position with two store vehicles. You have the ability to show your potential here.
