From the day l commenced with SXiQ, John Hanna and the SXiQ team were warm and welcoming. We were running hard to achieve our goals and target, setting up new policies, procedures and systems to ensure the end-to-end talent lifecycle was enjoyable and successful. The feedback loop from all team members was important to ensure all SXiQ team members had input into the team culture and the feedback received ensured we reviewed and improved such items as KPI's and the yearly review process. With cost reduction and profit improvement front of mind as part of the HR strategy, we achieved these goals all with a 94% team member retention. Great experience and a great place to work!

SXiQ was acquired by a small consulting business as part of a big tech company. Although we were promised that it would be better with our new owners than we were before, but this did not turn out to be true. Such a shame...
