That department runs itself.. My partner and I sat at a backhaul for 5 hrs only to come back empty.. I was employed for 6 months.. worked my tail off picking up extra routes whenever and whatever they needed.. My order accuracy was 99.94% and I got wrote up.. I kid you not.. I was on a 1500 dollar a week bid running 42k pounds a nite on average.. I decided after 6 months of working straight never taking a day off to take one personal day to myself.. My route gets stripped and my pay got cut in half.. then they start sending me on 2am routes that pay crap and little relays that pay 100 buks.. this company does not care about there employees.. I told them when i got hired I was expecting a baby and getting married.. imagine how they would have handled that when my baby was born if they did that when I took one personal day.. I left.. oh and the warehouse never does anything wrong.. I downstacked more pallets then I care to count
