Friendly and supportive team, clear daily tasks, and good training when you start. Health & safety is taken seriously, and the work is well organised with decent equipment. Managers are approachable, and shifts are consistent. If you put the effort in, it’s noticed and appreciated.

It can get very busy during peak times and the work is physically demanding, so you need good stamina. Sometimes priorities change quickly and you have to adapt. Break times can feel short on the busiest days.
