Declining culture, strategy unclear - Recensione dipendente - Project Manager presso SYSTEMIQ

Non existent leadership, especially from the UK HQ. Culture has really gone down the drain, clear strategy is absent, the company is becoming more like a mainstream consultancy and work life balance is not great, also given rel low pay VS traditional consultancies.
