Great benefits, plenty of personal/vacation time, personable enough to get to know many people and job security.

New employee training is non-existent. Growing so fast this can create a potential issue. Structure is needed as well. They have recently recognized this and working hard to change that.

C-Suite. - Despite good-faith efforts to improve the dynamic, the environment became tense enough that I felt hesitant to, for example, fully use approved leave or personal time, or raise concerns internally for fear of manager retaliation. - Despite directly informing the U.S. Saab, Inc. CEO of the problem, and receiving assurances that my work and effort were exactly what they needed to be (as evidenced by my positive internal reviews), the increasingly hostile manager interactions continued. - Strong disapproval of the U.S. Saab, Inc.
