The staff themselves are the best part of the organization. Many teams are made up of experienced aerospace professionals who genuinely care about the work and about one another. Day-to-day collaboration with peers can be rewarding because of the deep technical knowledge that exists at the employee level.

Leadership is increasingly out of touch with what employees actually need to be successful. Expectations continue to rise, yet management shows little willingness to accommodate employees or to provide the resources required to meet those expectations. Despite many employees having long, proven histories in aerospace, their insights and expertise are often dismissed or undervalued. Decision-making is frequently driven by individuals with limited aerospace experience, leading to choices that feel disconnected from operational reality. There is a noticeable disconnect between the demands placed on staff and the lack of support, flexibility, or understanding offered in return. This imbalance has contributed to frustration, burnout, and a culture where people feel unheard.

New employee training is non-existent. Growing so fast this can create a potential issue. Structure is needed as well. They have recently recognized this and working hard to change that.

CEO of the problem, and receiving assurances that my work and effort were exactly what they needed to be (as evidenced by my positive internal reviews), the increasingly hostile manager interactions continued. - Strong disapproval of the U.S. Saab, Inc. CEO and the culture that is encouraged in the U.S. C-Suite
