Let’s confirm that what everyone else here is saying: poor management, no growth, consistent massive company layoffs (I’ve seen 6 rounds happen in my 2 years here). The issues here run deeper than these overarching general statements. For example, the management here is poor because you as an employee don’t have a single boss of yours advocate for you. Who you report to and what you do here might change because you’ll be moved around however they see fit- despite your wants or skills. Upper management also loves to text their direct reports on off hours for work or non-work related things. If they aren’t using you as a pawn in their strange strategic power plays, they likely don’t even know you exist at all; which sounds lovely up until they need to do their quarterly layoffs. Career growth is rare and when it happens it’s almost always by force due to company needs or other, and always happens without proper compensation. When you ask for a promotion or raise, you are either flat out scoffed at, ignored completely, or fired. It’s your gamble! To that point: Quid Pro Quo. A quick google search would suffice here. Extremely unprofessional place that should you work here I can promise you will feel used, frustrated, stressed, violated, and overall monitored by those above you. And if you don’t feel these things then you’ve probably already been fired, so congrats.
